Hay fever and Sunburn!? |
When it comes to the Summer I love to get off school for a couple of months and enjoy what little good weather we get. As I live in the UK I don't get much good weather and when I do I ussually spend it with sunburn and Hayfever. I know there are many suncreams and tablets for hayfever but there are so many which is the best? Umm i can't remember which hayfever tablets i had - but i do remember they were like prescribed by the doctors - none of the ones in the shops actually worked for me.... so try and get some prescribed for you..!! neoclarityn God gave you a tissue, you imbeclie. How about using it I would suggest a high factor sun cream as you can get a 2 factor upto i dont know about 80, i would recomend if you burn easy try a factor 35 or 40? Im not that sure about hayfever though! Hope that helps! |
