Any cure for hay fever? |
it's summer once again (UK). everybody loves the sun, and the flowers in bloom all around are a pretty sight. but pollens are massive everywhere. Hayfever is triggered when your immune system reacts to something that it shouldn't i.e. pollen. You need to take anti-inflammatory substances to reduce the inflammation response that is produced by the immune system when you are exposed to pollen. There is not one straight answer because everybody is different, but omega 3 fatty acids from oily fish, nuts and seeds, and from taking a good quality fish oil (not cod liver oil) is likely to help. Also vitamin C, and quercetin are important as they are anti inflammatory, as is curcumin. You can get these nutrients from food, but you need them at therapeutic levels so it is recommended that you take them in supplement forms. Ask at your local independant health shop..... fresh lemon juice oh fever in summer is very bad. vitamine c is sometimes a good cure. but visit a docter . fever in summer is sometimes very bad A tea made of Eyebright, Elderflowers, Nettles and Peppermint will sooth the symptoms of Hay Fever. i herd on tv that snoging helps Alavert works the fastest, you can get the type which dissolves on your tongue, works in about 20 seconds. Eat fresh honey from your area. It helps you to develop an immunity to your local allergens. You can also get bee pollen in pill form. No cure but you could try a catnip eyewash to relieve the redness and soreness of your eyes. |
