I want to live in the country, I get hay fever. Is hay fever permanent or can u adapt with time? |
I take tablets which help but I would rather not take them forever Some people adapt with time, but others never fully adapt. Hay fever (or Allergies) are worse during certain times of the year. I agree with the previous post about the Honey, However in order for this to work best you will need to get fresh local honey. the theory here is that the bees collect pollen from the local flowers that are causing you discomfort and by ingesting the honey you build up immunity to the allergens you will adapt in time try taking fresh honey this helps people overcome allergies claratin or allegra. they have generic versions now |
