Ok ladies I have a question...I try very hard to watch what I eat because I have hashimoto's disease (thyroid disease) I never eat sweets, I actually cant stand them...until I get my period then all I want is sweet stuff like cake icing or chocolate (and i hate chocolate if im not on period it makes me so sick) Is there anything I can do to control these cravings, I have tried eating sweet fruits and they just dont hit the spot... I dont have sweets in my house until I get my period then my cravings are so bad i go out and buy something Try a smoothie or sugar-free fruity gum. try like sugar free candy take all of the sweats out of your house Look for sugar free or sugar substitute foods. There is usually a section devoted to sugar free candies in the grocery store for diabetics and they really don't taste all that different from the real thing. you shuold try eating fruits, |
