I had Hashimoto's Disease since I was 14 but was untreated till a few years later. My height stopped when I was 14.I heard girls only grow till they are 16.Now I'm 17 this year and only recently on medication. Can I still grow? How much will I grow? How long will it take?

In the Search for questions slot type in "grow taller" and you will get at least 3,400 results.

i dont know i dont know i dont know. i thought humans generally stop growing around 20 to 21 years if you wanna find out you should google that disease or google your question you should be able to find out either way. im a male i wish i was taller im only 5'5" its more ethical for a guy to be taller than a girl girls ussually go for guys taller than them it feels alot more correct when a girl im with is smaller than me. i wish i was taller i wish i was a baller...

hey hey hey. You can't hurry it. Give it a time will yah?

Anyways, I stop growing when i was 24. I knew it because every year, I measured myself -I wanted to borrow some stuff from my older sister and so i measured myself really bad.

Have a lot of sleep, nap, relaxation, healthy food, leafy green vegetables and exercise your body - strecthing is the best exercise for growth. 20 minutes everyday. If you are not diabetic and no problem with eating rice - eat a lot of rice and fish. Have a lot of jumping like jumping rope, playing soccer, playing badminton, volleyball, basketball, pelota, anything that will enable your body to be healthy. Dancing is also good.

Stay away from acidic food like beef, pork, mushrooms, chicken, soda. If you eat meat cooked like in venigar, eat moderately and eat it with a lot of leafy greens.

Stand up straight all the time - head up, chest out, stomach in and butt out. Sit up erectly. Try to have a good posture allways. If you are smoking, quit it now. Drink only water.
