Vinegar for Insulin Resistance? |
I was diagnosed with Insulin Resistance a few months ago...I was on metformin but it makes me so sick and I hate taking medicine...I was reading that vinegar is known to help reduce Insulin Resistance... My glucose fasting results were only 105... i was told the normal range is 70-99...Im looking for a way that I can reduce my glucose level without taking meds. I have Hashimoto's disease (thyroid). Has anyone else heard of using vinegar, or has anyone tried it, if so what were your results...Im looking for any suggestions. Thank you!! Hi...I have IR too. Hate it. :) |
