Am I Infertile? |
I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease a year and a half ago, and I've only had a total of about 4 periods since then. My boyfriend and I are usually careful with having safe sex, except once we didn't use a condom. I haven't had a period since March because of the thyroid problem, and when we did not use a condom, it was early this month, and he didn't climax inside of me, as far as I know of. I haven't had any symptoms of pregnency, like morning sickness or anything. But just in case, could I get pregnent? Or does not having a regulated mestrual cycle limit me from doing so? Or because of my thyroid problem, does it lower my fertility rate? No one can tell you if you are pregnant or not, it would be totally irrational to do so. We do not know you, neither have we examined you, nor can we advise you on your medical problems as no one here is qualified enough to do so. These questions must be asked by you and answered by the doctor who treats your Hashimoto disease. But, I suggest you start by reading the abundant material on this disease, on the Internet. |
