Problems down below? |
Problems down below with a white'ish discharge? I have heard that diabetes undiagnosed could cause women to get this problem is this true, when you have a auto immune disease, I recently found out I have hashimoto thyroidism? You should check with your dr. I get thrush quite often which is very common for us people with diabetes, but you should get your dr to diagnose you properly and she will be able to give you a test for diabetes too just to be sure. If you're scared to talk to your dr about it, don't be - I know it's not easy but your dr will have seen it all many times before and afterwards you will wonder what you were worried about! You have a right to see a female dr, ask when you make the appointment if that might help? I would take a trip to the doctors. You could have thrush or even Clamydia. I would go and get checked oout. It could be nothing but your better finding out . good luck i have a large amount of loss too maybe it's something to do with the diet??? some women have discharge more than others As you have already been tested and there is no infection, I would not worry too much about it....get some good sanitary napkins. Increased vaginal discharge can happen to any woman, and, sometimes, for no apparent reason. Do some research here...{:-{}. it could be thrush and is quite common in diabetic women as the sugar in your urine can effectively feed this yeast infection see your doc for a simple anti fungal cream /pessaries to sort it out as taking over the counter meds if on other med can cause side effects and get a diabetic check when there If its diabetes there would be other symptons: Is there diabetes in your family? you need a fasting blood sugar to confirm whether or not you have diabetes. Do you have any other symptoms like tiredness weight loss excessive thirst? its best to see your G.P. good luck I would not worry about it but at the sametime I would get to my doctor and get a script for an anti fungal cream. A lot of women have discharge, some more than others too. Maybe you need a pap test which is always good to have. Those tests always tell me that things are fine and when not, it tells that too. Heck, if I didn't have my pap several years ago, I would not have found out about the tumor I had the size of a large grapefruit. It's always better to be safe than not. In the meantime, find a thin pad to wear for the time being. unless it is smelly, itchy or painful I wouldnt worry, however if you are it may be worth seeing your doctor or local GUM clinic. Diabetics are more prone the thrush but anyone can get thrush, have you tried an over the counter thrush cream to be on the safe side ? See a doctor a large amount of discharge isnt normal. If its white its classed as normal, not very nice but normal! |
