Handwashing......? |
Should you use hot or cold water and why?? Its not as important about hot/cold water than it is important to use soap. In hospitals where its paramount they use cold water but with antibacterial soap. I always use hot, mainly because my hands are usually freezing anyway. I also feel like it gets rid of the germs better. use hot water because it goin to open all the skin cells and wash all the dirt Warm to hot water is best as it helps the soap kill bacteria...and wash for at least 10 seconds.....minimum!! then rinse with cool water and appy hand creme/lotion.. |
