Time to Stress Handwashing
http://www.associatedcontent.com/article...

Remember to wash your hands frequently when you, or someone around you, are sick with a cold or virus. The Center for Disease and Control recommends washing your hands for about 20 seconds. If you or your child would rather not count, try singing the birthday song twice in your head.

It is also important to stress handwashing when touching or preparing any type of food item, as well as before snacks and meals. If it is not possible to wash your hands before eating, hand sanitizers or hand wipes are a good alternative to kill and eradicate germs.

How to properly wash hands:
Use warm running water and wet hands before adding antibacterial soap. Rub hands together for at least 20 seconds paying special attention to between the fingers and creases. Rinse hands well and let water run off the tips of the fingers and then thoroughly dry.

seriously? soap up your hands and scrub for 20 seconds or the time it takes to sing happy birthday twice. rinse and then use a paper towel to turn off the faucet (when in a public place)

Put soap on your hands and lather for 20 seconds. Rinse and dry hands.
