I have had panic disorder for a long time and no health insurnance? |
I know these attacks won't kill me , I have had them since the age of 9 + bouts of OCD ( handwashing , prayers, germ fears). Im afraid I am not very familiar with the US health system but I have heard that it has its bad moments. Here in Canada at least I would advise you to go to a hospital and seek medical attention and maybe a refferal to a psychologist at least. If that is not a possability in your current State your living in, how about local social service agencies, drop ins, college or university counsellors. Many of those services will be more than happy to a least find the proper resources that can help you in the right direction into getting health insurance and many other services. I would pay out of pocket for a session with a psychiatrist who can write you a prescription for meds then buy them from an online canadian pharmacy. just get some insurance |
