I already take a vitamin tablet everyday and am veery carefull about handwashing, and stuff. Vitamins are a very poor substitute for the real thing. Oranges and orange juice for Vitamin C, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, and baby spinach for many other vitamins. orange juic or anything w/ vitamin c Vitamin C and Zinc Fruits and veggies while handwashing is a good way to avoid being sick - people (especially Americans) are so sterile that their immune systems are weak from never fighting anything off......then when a germ does get through we dont have antibodies against it and BOOM we're sick as heck. |
