Bumps on my fingers?

so lately i have been getting some bumps on my fingers that have not gone away. i have one on my left thumb (where my thumb print should be). i also have one on the sides of my pointer fingers. they are very tiny, and the inside is black or some dark color (but it is as big as a dot). i know my hand are extremely dry from handwashing, but it is mainly the tops of my hands and wrists that are dry, so i dont know if these bumps or lumps are related to the dry skin or not. any ideas?

These bumps are so tiny, that probably no one else would ever notice4s them without me pointing it out to the exact spot. And one more thing. Earlier this year I got diagnosed with a spot of excema on my torso, so i dont know if this could just be sensitive skin. and ps i have not switched lotions or soaps, i use equate clear antibacterial soap (generic for softsoap) for my bands and usually johnsons softening lotion (or whatever its called) or sometimes equate cream (generickfor eucerin)

In the winter many people get patches of eczema on their hands. Moistruizing is of limited help. Try OTC hydrocortisone. If that fails, have a doctor prescribe a stronger cortione preparation
