Excercise tips coming back from a hand injury???

I broke my metacarpal bone in my right hand about a month ago and the doctor said i wont need surgery. he said that its healing fine so im hoping in another month i will be able to play ball again so got any excercise tips to get me back into playing ball~~~

i hope that you realize that metacarples are your fingertips. you are talking things pathetically seriously. even to go to the doctor with a broken finger was over reacting in my opinion, but wtvr.
it will heal by itself, and i have never in the world heared of excersizing a finger. so cool it.
