Non-injury hand problems? |
I have a slight pain in the movement of my right hand at times. There's no problem in picking up any amount of weight, it only hurts if I try to turn it or like use it for scratching my back. I had it once before and it went away. It's pretty wierd that it happens like that for no apparent reason. I don't think it's arthritis because arthritis hurts mainly all the time until you get something for it, and you have problems picking up things with arthritis. I still have my strength in it. Would anyone have a family nurse or doctor that would have some idea? Could be stemming from and old injury. Or possibly stemming from your neck. The cervical nerves innervate the hand and can cause some intermittent discomfort. It could be related to Carpal Tunnel or tendonitis. Sounds like it could possibly be carpal tunnel. I had a mild case of that & never lost strength or anything, it only hurt when I moved my index & middle finger a certain way. |
