Hand injury?

I don't know what i did. it feels like a bump. Its hard for me to plug something into computer.

Am i worrying over something that i shouldn't?

btw i was using a shovel to get ice off. so i am thinking that might be it.

You have probably hurt it some but I think laying off the shoveling and computer may help till it heals. If not and it hurts, see your regular doctor
