Help! I slipped and fell. Can I sue? I sustained a massive injury on my hand (see pic). Can I win a million?

I figure this injury is worth at least a million dollars, plus, people were laughing at me when I fell on the ice and sidewalk. I think that could easily move my settlement up to 3 million dollars!!!
Do you think i have a case, and can be rich soon?

It's a small abrasion. You are the type of person who makes health care costs go up. Make whoever didn't salt their pavement pay for your medical costs. But GROW UP! Your hand isn't broken, nor will it have permanent scarring.

hmm , i know of worse things that happened than that and people got nothing for it . i dont think you will even get close to a million dollars , maybe if you went to the hospital for it they might have to pay the bill , thats about it .

You have 2 prove that it was someones fault that u fell? then u have a case but it doesnt mean u will win.
