My left hand feels like it is cold from the inside-out. ?

My doctor says that my circulation is great, I have no injury to my hand, arm or shoulder. I have full sensory feeling to pain, cold-hot, etc... It doesn't tingle or feel numb. He is stumped. He is sending me to a hand specialist next week. Any takers on what this could be?

hope not due to nerve damage
