I have a mark on my left hand which was caused due to glass injury, how to remove that mark?, plz help?

I am staying in bangalore, I have a line mark on my left hand which was caused due to glass injury, the line mark looks very ugly, can you suggest me any cream or give suggestion to remove that mark, then if possible plz suggest me a doctor in bangalore,India, the cost of the treatement must be little reasonable, because I cant afford much, Thank You

Aloe and neosporin. if those dont work it is permanent.
