Knee pain in right knee, also pain in right hand?

I have had pain in my right hand for a while, still don't know the reason. My med. DR. suggested that it may be carpal tunnel , the only thing with that is it never wakes me up like people say that they wake up with their hand tingling. It does tingle alittle sometimes but I also have developed pain in right knee. I don't know if it is two different injuries. My knee hurts on the side of the knee and sometimes in the back. It aslo gets stiff from standing on it long or sitting with it bent up. It sometimes seems to grind when I walk. Somedays it hardly hurts at all and somedays it is a mild pain all threw the day. Sometimes it just suddenly hurts so bad that I can't walk on it but it doesn't last long. It is just wierd that I have pain in knee and hand on the right side. My hand hurts when I use it alot. My knee hurts when I walk on it alot or bend it alot. Does any one think that it is related pain or two differnt injuries and what do you think it is?

It is hard to diagnose this without seeing you walk. Go to a chiropractor or pedorthist to see about the knee. The first thing to rule out is pronation or arch collapse in gait.
Chiropractors and physiotherapists can help you with your wrists. When you talk to Chiropractors, ensure that they know something about extremity manipultion and assessment. Gonsted is a treatment regime that emphasizes extremities. If the chiropractor has had some Gonsted training, they will be a better choice than one without.

need to rule out some possibilities.
first, go see a chiropractor (perhaps) and see if a sublaxation (a bone out of place) is throwing other parts of you out of whack.

the grinding you mentioned sounds like it needs attention.
there should be fluid bn all those bones in the knee. i would call hickey chemists and see what they say. they of course will give you a long list of what to take, but just listen to what they think is the cause and perhaps then buy the most important one.

also, sugar, coffee, chocolate, processed foods, refined foods (the white stuff), potatoes, green peppers, eggplant, dairy (especially pizza), can irritate arthritic conditions. i know it sounds real restrictive, but if you keep to this and then slowly introduce one at a time you will get to know if indeed they are irritants to you.
