Rugburn On Hand? |
So one day I was punching the punching bag with my Everlast wraps and then all of sudden I notice two rug burns on both my middle and pointing finger while on my right hand same thing. I was wondering how could I heal or treat these injuries so I could get ready for my sparring match against a friend down at the dojo. Mind you it hurts like a son of a gun when trying to punch something because of these injuries. Moisture should help it, like eucerin cream, aloe, or neosporin. put new skin on your hands before you wrap them. also if your gonna fight try oragel on the spots it will deaden the pain a little wrap your hands tight |
