Swollen right hand and foot?

my right hand and foot feel swollen and hot...they dont look noticably swollen, just feel like they are...no pain, no injury, didnt do anything strenuous...is this something i should call my doc in the morning about, or go to the ER..its freakin me out...any ideas?

could be a circulatory problem. Better see an MD. If it really isn't swollen then I wouldn't rush to an ER. Wait until the A.M. and see a doctor. It is probably nothing (I surely hope so) because you cannot see swelling. If you had pain then it might be serious.
Good luck.

ER now
