Does Lifting the Hands While Hand Cuffed Behind The Back Cause One Shoulder's To Separate? |
I was hand cuffed and lead around by the officer pulling upward on my hands (very painful). Now I have constant pain in my shoulders and the doctor said it was rumatoid artrius caused by shoulder injury. I wondering if any one elese had simular problem and if I should sue the police. If it has persisted for a long time...and just isn't getting better, ask your doctor if you can get an MRI. You might have a rotator cuff tear...which could have possibly been related to the police officer. But it is unlikely...and depending on the circumstances, your age, etc...may not hold any weight in court. But if it is particularly severe and you end up seeing an orthopedic doctor and require surgerical correction...you might have a case. |
