Hi, i think this is a wrist sprain, typing with one hand...? |
hi all, my other wrist is getting iced now i am typing with my right hand..i only iced it twice since it got hurt...now i m starting to ice it, i don't want it to be as an old injury, it's been two weeks...it only hurt when i turn my wrist clockwise or i squeeze it. My left side of my left wrist is hurt...the big problem is...I do work out 4 days a week, so can you tell me what should i do thanks Well you should have iced it for about 3 days after you injured it...2wks it may not help that much..but you need to rest it!!stop working out,,if its not better in 2-3 wks go to dr for eval. Are you sure that you didn't break a bone? |
