Question about shoulder injuries...? |
Last night i fell and hurt my shoulder. i was running and tripped or something. When I fell I managed to tuck and roll and came right up on my feet. I know I didn't plant my hands because they don't have a single cut, scrape, or scratch. However, my shoulder hurts pretty bad and I can't raise it very high. The nature of the pain is more soreness than real pain. Sounds like a bit of ligament damage or bruising. perhaps in the fall, you dislocated your shoulder and then popped it back in, which tears muscles and causes swelling, etc. generally, the best thing is to consult your GP because the nature of the injury is unknown and the consequences might be worse than simply putting it in a sling, such as getting physio to use it in the future. |
