Anyone know about wrist injuries? |
I broke my wrist 2 1/2 years ago, well, shattered my ulna and radius actually, I had surgery 18 days later, had a plate (extending halfway up my forearm), srews and pins put in. I was supposed to have hand surgery after to repair nerves, remove floating cartilidge etc but I became pregnant back to back and havn't been able to do it yet. I have had no issues with it until now. I have extreme pain running up my forearm and hurts to flex my wrist. esp. on the outer side of my right wrist (where the knobby bone sticks out). This is the location of the floating cartilidge. I didn't injure it at all. Anyone know what this could be. I can't tell you what it could be, but the fact that you're having extreme pain means you should see a doctor about it asap. Extreme pain is a warning that something is not right, and only a doctor can accurately make a diagonsis. So you have a question? About anything? Then call and ask and if your question is picked I will post it on AXBOY.COM!!! it hurts i fractured my scaphoid tissue it sucks and i might have surgery i dont want too either so i want to keep on wearing this cast? do u think i should get surgery or just leave the cast as long as it heals? |
