What is the name of this "disorder" or "case" when a persons hand or face misses pigemnetation (melanin)

so for example the person is dark skinned but his/her face or hands are tottaly pale missing melanin.

vitilligo is where just patches of skin are lighter than the rest of the skin. this is what ur friend has.
an albino is some1 who has no pigment in there skin or hair whatsoever so they are realy pale and have no hair colour (like whiteish) and they have pink eyes sumtimes.

When he was normal & later his skin lost pigmentation,it is called vetilligo,an autoimmune disease.But when he is lacking pigmentation since birth in his skin,hair,iris...,it's albinism.
