What disorder pyshical or mental causes hand tremors, anxeity to the point of panic attacks, head aches,.....?

A close friend of mine says he is fine, but also complains of a series of little symptoms. Hand tremors which are very noticable, extreme anxeity, head aches, and he gets angry in seconds. even when we are just joking with him he can go off. He also has been very short or disrespectful to authority figures like he just doesn't care. He says he sleeps fine, but I know he is not. He has openly talked of nightmares. At times he will get really deep stares and just space out. He has been extremly withdrawn from our groups as well and been saying he doesn't trust certain people for no reason. What conditions could cause these symptoms? Is it PTSD even though nothing really bad that I know of has happened. could it be some sort of other disorder, or just simply stress. we are worried about not only him on a personal level, but on a professional one because his preformance affects everyone. So what could it be

Well maybe it could be something even more serious...some mental disorder....of course all mental disorder are caused by some happenings in ones life...so could be that some PTSD happened...there are many possibilities...i'm afraid he needs to visit a doctor for more accurate diagnoses. He might be developing some disorder right now. His shaky hands could be because of the anxiety....but also if he is taking some heavy legal medication...there are many that give that side effect. However, maybe he is using street drugs...that u don't know of....But as i said there are many possibilities. Maybe best is to talk to him alone....one on one and see what is bothering him. If he had hard times (family, gf, work/university) it could bring him to this state...specially if he is a character that can be very much affected by it (as obviously he is).

Anyway, the best at this moment is your support as friends for him...make him trust u again. It's very important. And be there for him.

Hope this helps!
All the best!

Panic Disorder?

PTSD sounds very possible. Has he been exposed to any traumatic events in the past? That would be the key to that. There's also steroid abuse. Anabolic steroids will cause all of the above symptoms if he's taking them (or anything similar to them). Possible hyperthyroidism and/or a brain tumor.

What you describe is far beyond just panic attacks that's for certain. He should be seen by a physician and/or a psychiatrist to diagnose the condition. To get him there, you and others who have noticed this and care may have to stage an intervention by getting together with him and sitting him down to honestly describe how you experience him and your concern for his well-being.
