My hands swell what is wrong with me?

My hands and fingers swell and I get pins and kneedles and numbness in my hand's and sometimes arms. When they swell I have slight pain in my fingers and sometimes shoulders. I have been to see a specialist and he did blood test and confirmed I don't have any bone disorders eg. Arthritis ect...So does anyone out there have any idea what could be causing these symptoms? I have been to the Doctor and Specialist and they are stumped...

this is carpal tunnel syndrome, ask your dr for the good black braces and make sure you sleep with them on at night and you will notice in the morning your hands will feel fine but as soon as you go back to any repetitive movements it begins again I had surjery on only one hand and found it to be very helpful and neither hand has bothered me since that time but the cheap braces at the drug store do not work , get the nice black ones that go part way up your lower arm and are from an orthopedic

my hands and finger (feet and toes) swell in the winter. it has pins and needles, sometimes itches and sometimes sore... and it gets little red patches all over, and when summer comes - it's gone... no one could give me an answer as well, they said it was winter fingers/hands and gave allot of ointment and stuff and it didn't work! This may sound stupid but I heard about drinking red pepper (1 small teaspoon in little bit of water) in a days time it disappeared.... try it...it works!

I don't know why you might have the swelling, but it sounds like the swelling might be putting pressure on you nerves in you arms.
You have two long nerves that run down your shoulder to your fingertips and any pressure anywhere in you arm, shoulder or hands can make the pins and needles and numbness feeling anywhere throughout your arms.
