Yet another weird and strange question from me, k one night my stomach really hurt ...?

it sort of felt like bloated or something
but it lasted a while and then i just went to sleep.
i woke up a couple hours later still feeling the same thing.
i ran down the stairs to get a drink and i got a drink and drank it and [ i have severe anxiety disorder ] so i put my hand on my wrist to feel my heartbeat. i do that alot and it was really fast. obviously because i just ran down stairs and drank.
then i ran all the way back up stairs with my cup of juice and i sat on my bed and leaned over and put my cup on the floor beside my bed. .. when i lifted my head i saw a bunch of colours. this happens to me alot i just blinked a couple times thinking it would go away like it normally does.. but it didnt. and then my body felt really weird as if i was going to faint. and then all i could hear was my heartbeat. and it was really really slow, like i could hear the heartbeats and they were really far apart. its like the whole world went silent and still and all you could hear waas my heartbeat which was very far apart. and slow. then i layed down. and then closed my eyes. and then got up and i was fine. maybe i fainted maybe i didnt i dont really know i didnt lookat the clock. but its really weird and its kinda scaring me cuhz i dont no what it was. i know it wasnt an anxiety attack it really happened. but does anyone know what this might be caused from or anything like that.

It's all part of the anxiety, get treatment for the anxiety.
