What is the disorder called where a person's hands grow directly from their shoulders?


Yes, a person with no arms...

I am assuming you mean the birth defect that causes your arms to not develop?
This condition was really prevelant during the 1960's when Doctors would prescribe Thalidamide to pregnant women to stop their morning sickness.
My mother was prescribed this drug, all I can say is thank god she didn't take it.
