I get sweaty hands when even just slightly nervous? |
i was talking to this guy i like on Myspace just like 15 minutes ago. and just from talking to him on the COMPUTER made me nervous therefore i got sweaty/cold hands. this problem also prevents me from holding hands too, is there any home remedies i could try? because this is getting extreme, it happens at school too when i'm just sitting there writing, and then when i open up my hand it's wet and i have to wipe it on my pants. help? i'm open for any suggestions. You sound exactly like my friend from high school. Even with the hyperhydrosis, too. She used to carry hand sanitizer in her purse/pocket. When your hands get sweaty, put some on. Make sure you buy one without added moisturizers. They will dry up in a few seconds. Maybe knowing that you have a remedy for sweaty hands will let you worry less about them. thats life yea i get the same. some people are just like that. if it really bothers you just bring it up at the doctors office the next meeting YEA JUS GOTTA DEAL WITH TRY TO CONTROL UR EMOTIONS AND KEED TISSUES AROUND Girl my hands are clammy now and I a freak about everything, i am sure that it is a disorder - overanalyzing-freaking out-and annoying your friends with it syndrome is the unofficial name...you could go to the doctor for the sweating and the mental stuff, or you can just chill out and try to work it through. You find strength in overcoming this stuff on your own though - that's what I'm learning. |
