I need more hallucinogen experience?

I've done mushrooms once, and am anticipating LSD.
I know that I need more experience with hallucinogens before taking that step, but I was wondering if there is anyone out there that has experience, and can give me an estimate of how many times I should do (for lack of a better term) softer hallucinogens before?

While under the influence, I'm very calm and collected. I am aware of my surroundings, and maintain grasp on reality.

The best resources I have found are Erowid and Lycaeum.

http://www.lycaeum.org/

(Actually, I've never used Lycaeum.)

HedWeb may have some info:

I've used it only in the context of psychiatric drugs.

I cannot advocate illegal activities, but I think everyone has a right to information.

Erowid has been criticized as being "too positive" about psychoactive drugs, but it is the only resource I know that even approaches neutrality. Personally, I found it a good resource when I started taking opioids for pain, because both my doctor and I are concerned about addiction.

stay away and do not do it. I am 43 and do not know many that are alive. Dont do it PLEASE!!

sounds like ur already brain dead sorry

Obviously you want the thrill without any concern for your health. I hope you have no children or any else that depends on you because perpously putting your self through risky situations is a sure way to lessen your full potential-mentally and physically.
I can tell you from personal experience that it doesn't matter what you do in what order. There is no "building up" to experiencing harsher drugs. If you choose to do them then just do it and stop waiting. You'll then see it's not that big of a deal and you'll go back to eating shrums from some cow pasture. Drugs will mess you up in the long run. I know....my brothers and I are already suffering the consequences.

I would suggest not using LSD personally. Stick to natural hallucinogens. Other than mushrooms? Look up Salvia. That might take care of what you want, and its legal. (you can buy it in some head shops, some are better quality than others I'm afraid).

For a real trip, try peyote. I would suggest doing that with a friend that can keep an eye on you and help you (someone that isnt doing it).

Natural herbs and plants are the way to go. Stay away from synthetic chemicals. You never know what you're getting.
