Hair loss....????

My hair is falling off. I'm too young for that and I'm not experiencing stress or anything....I suppose some sort of vitamin deficiency could be the problem....but the blood test results are fine.....Does anyone know what I could do to stop the extensive hair loss?

ok, jstlttlm, very funny.....
I mean the hair on my HEAD

If it's falling out from the root, it's likely a deficiency. Possibly zinc. I don't always trust blood tests.

Get yourself a good complete multivitamin, like Centrum. I went through this myself about 6 months ago. Also, I started making sure to get enough animal protein, as I had been a strict vegetarian for 13 years.

You could try out multivitamin tablets and Vitamin B complex as it is working fine for me and give a try for a month of time and you will find a change.I have consulted a lot of dermatologist but it was of no use and then i did my research and started taking vitamin tablets and feeling good.
