i have spoken to my doc about the lumps and he said it is an allergic reaction but i have changed my washing powder my diet everything and it isnt helping

Right, I'm going to be straight with you. Go back and see your doctor and ask to have a skin biopsy done.
About a year ago, I developed a nasty skin complaint and like you my hair started to fall out. exactly the same way as yours is. I waited about 3 - 4 months before I did alot about it. I was diagnosed with a condition called LUPUS. It's an auto - immunity disease that comes with many different symptoms, which include hair loss and skin rashes.
Just out of interest, are the rashes doughnut like shape?
I really would advise you to go back to yrou doctor and ask him if it could be somehting like that.
I hope for your sake that it isn't, as it's not nice.
Good Luck x

Try to go to a doctor. Doctors can help you find out what's causing this.
