My sister, age 27, recently started losing her hair (she was also dieting like crazy). If you think it's protein related, an easy (and healthy) way to get all your amino acids is with CBS: corn, beans, squash. It worked great for her, but if this is a very sudden change and not hereditary, I would recommend seeing a doctor or nutritionist or both.

No home remedies but try over the counter Prenatal Vitamins. They seem to help and make your nails and hair grow. You can buy them anywhere.

i have the same problem with. But i am not bald.Average hair loss is 80 a day.Don't worry,i have been this for 2 years,i am 20.Maybe you can cook eel,use its fluid on your hair.gingeli is also good for hair

there's none! just use wig cause you're gettin kinda old ;)

Hair falls due to genetic reasons, stress, pollution, thyroid imbalance, chemicals in hair styling products and lack of proper nutrition. You can stop hair loss using many cheap and effective home remedies.Egg white, lemon juice, oil massage are other home remedies at http://hairthinning.org/ will prevent further problems

go see a doctor and maybe he can prescribe you some cream. it would be best to see someone before it could get even worse.

Get pregnant!!!!!!!!!! I was down to three hairs, and when I got pregnant it all came back! My doctor said it was because I was eating more, drinking more water and taking iron tablets etc. But generally most women who are pregnant, their hair just thickens. Imagine that I used to have bald spots, that is how bad it was. But then again, I didn't eat anything healthy either. So wait for that right guy and watch your hair do a Rapunzel!

Vitamin E....................... does wonders...........

I happened the same to me!!! In my case I was going vegetarian and the change affected my body. It is realted to protein intake and vitamins specially iron.

Make sure you eat enough protein

Get a good hair cut, sometimes damaged hair can make the good hair to fall out, and don`t wash your hair daily 3 times a week is more than enough.

Good luck!!!

Go to the Dr. There are some simple answers to your problem. It could a hormone imbalance. Thyroid problem or a digestive problem. You really need to see a physician. There are no home remedies that will really work. There are topical treatments that may help but they won't do it alone.
