Can hair loss be prevented?

I am a 24 years old and I have always had a full head of healthy hair. However I have always worried about loosing my hair with age, even though hair loss is currently not a problem for me I would like to know if there is anything I can do now to help prevent hair loss becoming a problem in the future?

I sincerely would recommend you to go to a doctor or a dermatologist. It's difficult to say if it will help you, because everybody it's different. Maybe yes or you need propecia (finasteride), that can only say your dermatologist.

Take care that it's all genetic and from nature, but you must always have self-esteem then you will succeed in everything. Normal women will sure not look on your hair if they like you and other things come it selfs, like a good job and a satisfied life. That's my best advise I can give you.

Not much remedies for the hairline. Propecia (finasteride) or rogaine(minoxidil) might help for hairline in very, very few cases. the best is a HT(hair transplant) to reconstruct your hairline.
There are several forms of hair loss. If it is male pattern baldness (Androgenetic alopecia) then the hair loss cannot be fully cured in most cases, but just frozen for some time with the treatments availiable on market today.

1) Hair transplant (FUE technology) creates really natural hairline, no scars, the best way to go if you have enough donor hair and money of course.

2. Propecia (Finasteride) and Minoxidil are the only ones approved by FDA and proven to work in most men so far.

Generic Propecia (finasteride) is also ok. I use it with same results, and unfortunately same side efefcts(a bit dry feeling in the scalp) as brand propecia. Have tried lots of herbal crap before it and laser combs, so far the only thing that prevents my hairloss, not much regrowth, but has stopped my hairloss completely.
