A herbal rinse is a safe method of removing dandruff. Apply lemon juice with the rind on the scalp .After 5 minutes wash off with shampoo and water. i really feel for you teenage years can be quite hard and no one to turn to. just go along and make an appointment with your doctor , he will certainly be able to help with the acne and pimples and also can prescribe specific shampoo. but if you dont ask for help you wont get it hes not a mind reader . so write your questions on a piece of paper so you dont forget them .
once sorted smile and enjoy yourself

Well, simple put, "i dont want to eat too much vegetables and fruits" you have just made a choice-or at least a preference. The issue now is, WHICH is more important to you, good health (eating fruits and veggies) or looking like a 40 year old 30 years before your time.

In all the rest of your life you will be confronted with similar and simple questions like this. Your choices WILL determine where you end up in life.

Many times people will ask a question like you have, prefacing it with a statement of what you DON'T want to do-as if there is an alternative universe for you to travel through, one wher your parents and friends advice do not count. Someplace where the rules are different. They think that somehow we (parents and friends) are lying to them, that we have answers that we are not sharing with you. We don't. We only have the ONE right way to do things. If only there WERE a pill for loosing hair, banishing pimples, dispatching dandruff, but the only answers we have today are more rudabagas, cooked cabbage, and large helpings of giant butter beans.

Bon appitite

>> What else can I recommend? That's the cheapest way to look good and stay healthy. Otherwise get your wallet out for bottles and bottles of pills or worse still hair transplant op.

I feel for you because you're so young. However, these issues you're suffering from we all did at some stage. I can recommend http://profinast.org/?victor444 and http://acnope.com/?victor444 both natural remedies for hair loss and acne respectively. good luck
