Is there a real disease that causes people to pull out their hair? |
I was reading in an article about a lady that had a problem or a habit of pulling out her hair.I can' t remember what the diagnosis was. My aunt had terrible anxiety and she would literally take her hair out in clumps. It was sad. Trichotillomania is what it is referred to as. My ex-wife used to do it, but she had obsessive-compulsive disorder. Her anxieties caused her to do this. yes their is. My best frend has it. It's called OCD |
