Could it be the hair lines between my thighs around my hair line?

Yes I have a severe itch around my lines of my hair at the inner thighs,and has broken out in rash,I have alot of heat around the area as well,could it be yeast and what can I do,I work such long hours at work and I'm always close in to my clothing so the heat is from that I'm pretty sure thats what it is do you have any suggestions to get rid of it, I know its not a disease,

could just be a heat rash or chaffing. i would clean the area then put powder there. do this a couple times today. if it is yeast, get the monistat 3 day with the cream. goodluck.
