I was on HRT for 3 years , I have stopped taking HRt but I am getting very bad hot flashes. Please help.? |
I was on HRT for 3 years and stop. I am getting very bad hot flashes. I don't want to go back on HRT. Also, have gain 10 kgs in this 3 years period. Any other tablets to help me overcome this hot flashes. you should consult your doctor |
