HRT related...?

Can anybody start HRT even after late 60???

Ask yourself why you want to start HRT after you have already gone through menopause. The risks are greater than the rewards. You have a greater chance of getting cancer-cervical, uterine, and breast. HRT is meant to be a short-term therapy. Studies have proven that HRT does help to stem bone loss but does not protect women from heart disease.

What is HRT?

Ive heart that the Dr's wont give out any more the Dr wouldn't give it to my mummy

My doctor recommends phyto soya capsules not HRT. It's a natural supplement taken twice a day. Available from your farmacy. I take it and it is well recommended ( I am 60). I took HRT for 12 years and was warned off HRT because of the range of natural supplements availbale now.
