I have been taking HRT for several years and anxious about stopping it.?

I am 61 and wonder what possible effects will be of coming off HRT including benefits.

Don't be anxious about stopping it. It is advised to taper off. Replace with natural if your worried about night sweats and such. Your body expects the change in hormones.
