LOW RISK HPV USUALLY IS GENITAL WARTS. THERE ARE USUALLY NO SYMPTOMS OF HPV AT ALL UNLESS YOU DEVELOPE A GENITAL WART BUT THERE ARE USUALLY NO SYMPTOMS Men do get symptoms. I have a male friend who had warts. You're speaking of the sub-clinical variety. Those don't show up like traditional warts. Sub-clinical cause cancer. I don't think the ones you can see do. Men can get warts if they carry the low-risk HPV strain. The high -risk HPV strains are what cause cervical changes in women, which can lead up to cervical cancer.
