Hpv cannot be detected in men!!? |
Did you know that hpv is the most common std in the US. Hpv is the leading cause of cervical cancer in woman. Most people who have hpv don't no they have it. Most of the time there are no symptoms. In woman you may or may not have symptoms depending on which type of the virus you have. There a high risk and low risk types of the virus. If you have High risk you are at high risk for cervical cancer. If you have low risk hpv you could develop genital warts but not always. In men there are usually no symptoms or detection. Only way of actually knowins a male has the virus is if they have a genital wart or if a previous sexual partner tells him she or he has the virus. I encourage all females to get the pap tests and keep them up to date. Dont hesitate remember a female can prevent cervical cancer by getting the regual pap screenings. There is currently a vaccine which can help prevent the certain high risks of hpv that may develop cervical cancer. PLEASE GIRLS GET UR PAPS hpv can be detected in men through an anal pap test.and hpv causes anal, penile, and cervical cancers all men, women, and children should get the hpv vaccination. Yes, I agree. And where is the question?? One way to find out if a male has HPV is to mix half vinegar and half water solution in a water bottle and spray it on his penis. Cover with a warm towel for 10 minutes, and it will show up as white spots. I think this should be told everywhere. did you know that hpv is so common that it is suggested that a person will contract it atleast once in their life, and that with still using a condom each time you have sex you are 70 percent less likely to contract the virus. not even a 99 percent. Even though its side effects affect us women more than men, men should still be aware of this to help reduce the risk of spreading the virus. I know 2 women who had cervical cancer and contracted it from their cheating husbands. One passed away. Sick isn't it? Just to let you know YOU CANNOT PREVENT HPV BY GETTING A PAP SMEAR! |
