My HMO confirmed my PCP online and my mail-when I went-they refused to pay-denying that my PCP is my PCP-I complaned to the state-and tehn they said ok-it is your PCP-but the office is not the office-and routine treatment for a throat infection is not covered (It's supposed to be) they initially denied my appeal-still inisting that the PCP they say is the PCP isn't the PCP They should have a mediator (customer service)that you can talk to at the HMO |
