Physician wanting to join HMO, but don't want to leave practice?

You're a physician who wants to join together with other HMO physicians but not give up your individual practice. The best choice for you may be a/an

A. integrated delivery system
B. prefferred provider organization
C. independant practice association
D. primary care physician practice

I am looking for an A,B,C, or D answer please.
Thank you.

I'm not an expert on this, but I'm going to go with B. preferred provider organization.
I think my family doctor is in the same type of situation. He still has his own practice.
