What is an HMO and what does it mean? Also, for dental insurance, what does DPO and DHMO mean?

An Hmo is a Pre-paid dental plan. You pay very little fro your pay check and co-payments when you see your dentist. A DPO or PPO are insurances that have a yearly Dollar maxium, ranging from $1000-2000 yearly and as courtesy to you your dental office will bill for you.SO PPO or DPO are defanitely the better choice.
