i lost my big toe nail so it is just raw skin. does the raw skin still protect me from hiv. or if hiv blood toches it will it absorb it? HIV only spreads through direct contact of fluids. It seems unlikely that you would get HIV infected fluids near your toe. Just bandage it for now and that should be fine. Also call your doctor, because it is a little strange for the entire toenail to fall off (you might have a fungal infection or something). You can ask people here,maybe they can help you. |
