HIV/AIDS in India, should HIV testing become routine?

HIV/AIDS is spreading in genral pouplation at an alarming pace, nobody nither UNAIDS nor CIA or Indian goverment know the exact figures, i can coment all the figures available are just tip of the iceberg kind of thing.
Indian Govt. should make this testing kind of thing routine, like all other investigations.And anybody can be refered for HIV testing if he shows any symptom of being HIV (+). Consent of patient is imp but should not be mandatory.More testing means more pepole come to know about there HIV status and eventualy it helps in bringing the numbers down.

HIV checks should only be checked on people that are about to be wedded.....because in M'sia these checks are mandotory to people who are about to be wed....
